The Challenge

The Bibendum PLB Group consists of five trading companies selling wine, spirits and beers to the UK trade and consumer:

Bibendum Wine Ltd, PLB Ltd, Walker & Wodehouse Wines, Instil Drinks Co. and The Wondering Wine Company. Each business targeted at a specific channel and offering unrivalled expertise and service to its customers.

As part of its support to customers the business offers product training via a small team of six, either bespoke or covering the WSET syllabus. This training is also offered internally to improve the skills of employees.

Although the training team has continued to deliver quality training over the last two years, the Chief Executive and HR Director wanted the team to up their game, develop a USP and strengthen their value to the business.

The Solution
