During the purchase of Orchard Pig by AB Inbev the historic team was all being made redundant as the brand was integrated into the A B Imbev distribution network. To smooth this transition Cesium Group was engaged to deliver group and one to one outplacement services.
The Cesium Group conducted extensive one to one pre-work with the entire team covering discovery insights, life plans, CV critique, and career search planning.
This was complemented by a days team session debating HR models, including; the change curve, the hedgehog model with the primary aim to help the individuals best process the change they were experiencing, and build a plan for the next stage of their career journey. This academic approach was combined with practical knowledge and tool kits around CV and interview workshops and ongoing support through their career searches post the session.
