Jeroboams are an iconic name in the London fine wine world, known as ‘London’s Local Wine Merchant’ the business have a network of retail stores within some of London’s most well-heeled neighbourhoods, along with private clients and wholesales functions. As the business moved into E-commerce, they rolled out a significant ERP change to drive growth and profitability.
As part of this period of change, The Cesium Group was engaged to design, developed and deliver a two day leadership development programme for the board and senior leadership team, focused on building leadership capability, unlock communication and shift towards a more values-lead culture.
Key board level headhunting assignments included a Finance and Operations Director to overhaul the whole order to cash cycle and a UK-wide CEO search as part of a broader piece of succession planning for the incumbent CEO who was stepping into a Non-Exec Chairman role.
