The Challenge

Post Funkin’s acquisition by A G Barr the businesses CEO Andrew King took the decision to invest in upskilling the capability and competence of his senior leadership team (board and second line).

The Solution

The Cesium group was engaged to develop and deliver a bespoke leadership and development programme (LDP), over a six month period covering a number of key modules detailed below:


  • Discovery Insight Profiling – to help the team better understand themselves, each other and their reports, unlocking more effective communication with the team

  • Coaching for Success – Utilising insights discovery methodology to broadcast messages in a way people can understand them, overviewing and roleplaying effective coaching models, and building continuous improvement into team performance.
