The Challenge

Brockmans Premium Gin – The properly improper gin – has been a huge success story. As part of the business’s strategic shift to own its own distribution relationships globally to drive continued growth for the brand in the super-premium category.

The Solution

The Cesium Group was retained to search for an International Vice President, in effect to run all markets globally (via 3rd party distributors) except for the UK and USA, very much acting as number 2 to the CEO. A full European-wide Executive search was conducted by The Cesium Group, focusing on talent who had led premium brands through a steep growth curve. Due to the COVID pandemic unfolding mid search, the process was paused for 6 months before reengaging with the shortlist and ultimately securing the VP International.
