The Bibendum PLB Group consists of five trading companies selling wine, spirits and beers to the UK trade and consumer:
Bibendum Wine Ltd, PLB Ltd, Walker & Wodehouse Wines, Instil Drinks Co. and The Wondering Wine Company. Each business targeted at a specific channel and offering unrivalled expertise and service to its customers.
As part of its support to customers the business offers product training via a small team of six, either bespoke or covering the WSET syllabus. This training is also offered internally to improve the skills of employees.
Although the training team has continued to deliver quality training over the last two years, the Chief Executive and HR Director wanted the team to up their game, develop a USP and strengthen their value to the business.
With a reputation for developing high performing teams, Cesium Group was engaged, adding considerable expertise for the benefit of the Bibendum PLB training team.
Having spoken with key stakeholders and clarified the desired outcomes, Paul and Chris developed and facilitated a thought provoking, impactful workshop.
This resulted in the team generating a powerful team purpose, and able to identify ways to better engage with their stakeholders and support the business goals for the year. It also generated ten insightful actions.
Further coaching and support has left the team more highly focused, energetic and aligned with the needs of the business as it continues to move onwards and upwards.
