The Challenge

Eight Lands Spirits and the Glenrinnes Distillery are a Speyside-based start-up with very big ambitions. Having built an exceptional distillery and created a world-class, multi-award-winning liquid, the Eight Lands team retained The Cesium Group to collaboratively shape a mandate and headhunt for a Commercial Director author and deliver a strategic and commercial plan to build the brand and its distribution footprint globally.

The Solution

The Cesium Group partnered with Eight Lands to hire a Commercial Director tasked with driving expansion for this Speyside start-up both in the UK and Internationally.

Working collaboratively with the founder, the Cesium Group team helped to shape the brief, employer branding materials along with a target list of distilleries who had enjoyed an aggressive growth path, before headhunting over 100 candidates to proactively market this opportunity to key individuals with the experience, network and track record to deliver against Eight Lands ambitious growth plans.
