The Drinks Trust (formerly The Benevolent) has been supporting the drinks industry since 1886. Since rebranding in 2020, the organisation has provided much-needed support to those most in need in our industry via three key pillars: Assist (financial grants), Restore (well-being and mental health), and Develop (education, training and careers advisory).
Never before has The Drinks Trust had such high demand for its services, particularly in the wake of COVID and the recent Cost of Living Crisis.
Key Projects
The Chairman and CEO engaged Cesium Group to headhunt heavyweight drinks industry talent on its trustee board to help steer The Drinks Trust into the future, with pipeline talent for the chairman position in years to come. Cesium Group secured the services of four Trustees, focusing on gender diversity in the shortlists. Cesium Group's founder, Paul Haslam, also joined the board as a Trustee for a four-year cycle.
