Be that advising on bench-strength, headhunting to recruit new talent to an organisation or building the capability of existing team through coaching interventions or delivering against broader people-led change agendas.
For example, we are often approached by businesses to build NED boards, to either advise on due diligence as part of a PE/VC backed acquisition or help to give an entrepreneur the benefit of corporate rigour in an early phase business looking to scale and raise.
Additionally, we have consulted on projects ranging from building employees engagement tools, global LTIP’s, developing mission, vision, and values positioning, through to global and regional restructures and developing and delivering associated executive outplacement programmes.
